We typically recommend the Sentry for casino, hotel and hospitality security: a heavier-duty unit, the cables are thicker, the strain relief's are longer which helps prevent the cables from breaking internally, the components in general are a little higher end, the PTT has dual switches internally which makes it a redundant system - if one switch fails there is still a backup - The sentry works very well in a noisy environment.
