Planet Headset is pleased to accept purchase orders from local, state and federal government entities. Government agencies or organizations (Schools, Law Enforcement, Transportation etc) are classified as tax exempt for all purchases and we do not add any surcharges.
Purchase order requests must be presented on official letterhead or on an official purchase order form from your Department. After receipt of order, Planet Headset will follow up with a phone call to the requestor to confirm the request and ensure client equipment compatibility is correct. After approval from our accounting Dept. we will ship your order and email you the tracking number. The turnaround time for purchase orders to be shipped is typically the same day.
Be sure to include the following with your order:
- Contact name with phone number and email address
- Ship to name and address
- Bill to name and address
- Desired items and quantities
- All necessary details for items such as connector type, color of tube, etc
Purchase orders are eligible for Net-30 credit terms billed upon shipment of products. Payment is due in full 30 days after shipment date.
